When news of the Cumbrian floods broke, our Scouts were more than happy to lend a hand to help the community.
The Scouts helped Eden Flood Volunteers load vans of clean drinking water, sort clothing and help to store them in the scout headquarters to enable essential supplies to be delivered to those in need.
The Scouts have spent the spring term working on their Personal Challenge and painting our hungry hippo boards.
The first weekend in March also saw 4 scouts completing their Expedition Challenge. The patrol took the train to Settle, Yorkshire Dales, where they hiked to Ribblehead Viaduct, learning about the limestone landscape.
